Can anyone identify this part?

Hi everyone

I am new here. I am trying desperately to identify what this part might be?

It is located immediately behind the front bumper and in front of the cooler. I, unfortunately, hit an animal which has broken the bracket which holds it and so need to replace it.

Tbh, given it's just one bracket which has snapped, I'm going to dry and cable tie it back up (discretely).
