Can anyone explain why their is white streaks on my alloys and how do I get rid of it.

Steve, I would personally do nothing except get to your Dealer and ask them what the problem is as the Guarantee must still be there. As these wheels are “Diamond Cut” these marks could well be the start of the dreaded “White Worm” sickness which normally Nissan will exchange. Have you by any chance used an aggressive Alloy Wheel Cleaner because the marking does not seem localized but over the whole surface area. Also from your Pics there seems to be a weird smearing on the Tyre and wheel edge. Also all the edges of the wheel form have an uneven finish if you blow up the pics !

They look to me like you have had some kind of chemical sprayed on them, have you had your car through one of these hand car wash places ?
Unfortunately what many do not realise these people do not have a clue what they are using and if they spray some thing to neat as the chemicals are made to dilute then this is the kind of result you get.
I had a ford focus and this happened to my wheels and the black tape that is on your door B pillars, I managed to buff them back but it was a long hard job and took several attempts.

So maybe if you have used one of these car wash places they could be the cause, do not expect them to admit it though and they do not carry liability insurance.
