Hi there

I am told by Nissan locally, that it is the latest model that can have running boards.

Has anyone fitted [any make] of running boards to their 2016 model?

Running Boards are available for the J11 Model here are a couple of old posts with some facts which hopefully will help. You need to search the Websites also for the different manufacturers, eBay, AliExpress etc hopefully not too boring but there are more - Good Luck

It's unlikely any dealer will now still be stocking accessories for the J11 model which is now over two years distant.

It also depends on what you mean by "running boards" since there are several variations.

I don't know whether ones for a J11b would fit a J11 but I wouldn't be surprised if they did.

Here's an excerpt from the 2014 Accessories catalogue showing some:

Interestingly the description from that site is:

... and so that does suggest there's no difference between the J11 and J11b in this respect.

The non-illuminated ones are KE543-4E510 - more reasonably around £250

You can get aftermarket running boards more like you possibly mean - https://www.4x4ni.com/product/nissan-qashqai-mk3-j11-2014-2017-stx-side-steps-running-boards-pair/ - but possibly not Nissan branded ones.

Old thread I know, but can anyone advise on running boards/side steps, that don't need the under try to be removed and that will fit with OEM mud flaps in place, please? 66 plate Black Edition.
