Hello,

The rear centre console in my 2017 Qashqai Tekna has developed a crack in the top. Has anybody else experienced this issue and if so how did you remedy it? I'm thinking I can either try to find the component and replace it, but worried I'd have to take much of the whole centre unit apart to achieve this. Alternatively I could attempt to fill it with something though not sure what would be best for this type of plastic material. Any advice welcome, thanks!

Not seen that before.

I should think the only proper way to fix it would be to replace it. However why not raise it as a warranty issue and see what they say?

Kashkuli, as Gloucester has mentioned if you have still a Guarantee then try to use it, asking does not cost even if the answer is No. Repairing these sort of cracks can look a real mess if not done properly as you should really try to end up with the same Textured surface finish which is not easy to achieve rather than a smooth filled finish. Over here there are the Mobile Boys that do the Paint and Interior Repairs and guaranteed they are in the UK also - Dave
