Centre Console rattling

Hey All, newbie here, based across the water in ireland, wife recenlty purchased first ever QQ happy enough except for a rattling in centre console, its been back to dealer who said they found a loose plate behind it but to be honest the rattling is as bad as ever, we're going to bring it back (whichi I'm guessing is more than our right) but any other owners with similar rattling ??? its very annoying you cant even drive without the radio on as it would drive you mad !
