How to pop roof Qashquai 2016 rail trims?

Qashqai Kath, you must have something new in that the End Caps are Flying Off. We had the QQ J11 for 5 years and had the problem of the “Scratching” of which the Bars and Caps were all replaced. Then Nissan decided to replace just the End Caps obviously as a “Cost Saving” see the pic above. The End Caps are normally so tight that you cannot get them Off without effort. I am not saying I do not believe you but just never heard of this on the Forum or from Nissan - Dave
