Panaramic roof cover

I was wondering if anyone can help my cover will not roll back into place it just hangs down at the back when I open it. Also I always have to pull it along to close it. Any advice would be appreciated.

When I had a QQ, mine had come off the rail on one side at the back.
As it was under warranty, I took to dealer, but didn't want to lose car for quoted time (all day),
I managed to manhandle runner on to track; all was OK!
