Drivers seat. Needs stuffing. . . .

After only 140000 miles my drivers seat has collapsed on one side. The covers fine - but the right hand side has been flattened to the point where it gives no support at all. Short of trying to find a new one, does anyone know if there's anyone who can renovate them? North West for preference - but happy to send the seat away. Ebay wants about £200 for one plus £60+ for delivery.
