But if a clean car fanatic. Myself.
I use srm Autostyling products. Or auto glym.

I usually
Pre rinse the car
Snow foam. Mixed with some citrus prewash.
Rinse again
Snow foam again without prewash.
Two bucket wash method. With the snow foam as extra lubrication
Rinse.
Drying towel to dry with a quick detailer to avoid swirls

6-12monthly. Maxed power finishing polish.
3-6 monthly 2 coats autoglym. Ultra hd wax
Monthly wheel sealer and wax (meguires advanced wax)
Tyre gel with the weekly wash.

Seems a lot of work. But during the summer. Usually a weekly snow foam cleans anything off the paint. And I use a spray wax in the snow foam bottle to avoid water spots. Basically a touch less wash. As the wax and protection is well built up.

I rinse the car off then use Flash - can't be bothered with "specialist" products!

I've just ordered some citrus all purpose cleaner from Autobrite and a Marolex Master 2000 pressure sprayer, I'll be mixing the citrus to a 50:1 ratio, according to Autobrite a 50:1 ratio is for a general pre wash and won't strip off any coatings or waxes from the paintwork.
I do have another APC and pump spray but I tend to think it's a bit to acidic so I'm just going to use it at a 10:1 ratio for under the wheel arches.
After the normal snow foam and 2 bucket wash etc etc I'll go on to protect the diamond cut wheels and paintwork.

I know a lot of people don't really like Diamondbrite products but personally I use and like their Alloy Shield Protector which is a spray onto a clean wet wheel and then jet wash straight off product. I've got some Ruby Red 'bleeding' wheel cleaner but I've not tried it yet.
On the paintwork I use their Ceramic Glaze, a couple of squirts on a panel is all that's needed and then buff with a microfiber cloth.

I'm hoping to buy a BigBoi BlowR Mini+ car dryer soon too.

Yea. It’s all about finding a product you like. Autoglym wax is great. The srm range is really good for the most eh and the boys localish to me.
Used to be a rep for his stuff. Now I just use it. I used to also use squirt if dirty. But Facebook shut there page down. They were decent too and the scents for in the car were great.

As I say just ends up what is best for you. I have everything from clay. fall out etc. Right up to 3 stage polishes. Tend to buy cars that are filthy. Clean them up and sell them on
