Change to 2020 Acenta Premium Specs

New to Forum, took delivery of a new Qashqai Acenta Premium middle March but found that some of the advertised features weren't installed. On contacting the dealer they sent me a memo from Nissan that stated due to the price changes in September 2019 the Luggage Board system, footwell lights, Lumbar support from passenger seat & Volumetric alarm from 1.3 petrol 1.5 diesel engines were all removed.
Still kept car as it is on lease and doesn't detract from the driving experience but I do think they need to keep their website up to date.

Unfortunately when the new J11B came out there were all sorts of changes that were missing on new QQ’s different to the Nissan Specs or Ads, specifically the Nissan Connect System and “Hands Free” Telephoning to Name a couple. Through reading info’ from the Forum and Press and just asking we cancelled our order in 2019 3 times. Finally we placed an order for the QQ Tekna + ProPILOT in Sept & it was Delivered in Dec and this was spot on with the Nissan Final Spec - Dave

Nissan have a habit of:

a] not keeping their website and brochures up to date
b] changing specifications

An example of the latter is the deletion of the panoramic roof on Teknas in around 2015 or so.
