Hi
I want to replace a very worn manual 5 speed gear knob. I've sourced a replacement but have not been able to find out if the knob is a screw on type or a push on one. I would prefer to know rather than apply the wrong pressure! Furthermore if I can't get it off I won't buy the replacement.

Thanks Dave. I've seen that vid but they are completely different knobs and there doesn't seem to be any vids on my type. Hey ho.

Chris, Sorry could not help attached is an old post for the QQ J11 the breakdown schematic drawing which might give you some ideas.
Is it a Screw On / Spline Job / Pull Off / Twist just thinking aloud, I expect you have tried everything or how about asking your friendly Nissan Service Dept - Dave
