Long story short. I was told to replace the MAF SENSOR by the garage due to low power issues etc.
Whilst I waited for the part to arrive I drove with the maf disconnected and it drove fine.
Fitted the new MAF sensor - red eng light and traction control lights remain on?
Any ideas?
Cheers

I’m afraid I don’t have a diagnostic reader.

That may be a problem for you..the new MAF could be defective? However, the ECU should learn the performance characteristics of the new MAF which is a procedure conducted by the Nissan Consult tool. Thats according to Nissan diagnostics.

Perhaps someone else here can help more?

Could also be that the fault code needs to be removed from the ECU with a reader.
