Clutch replacement 4th time in 4 years/33000km

Hello All,
Here is my mom's Nissan's story:
Nissan Qashqai 1.6 DIG-T Tekana, Model Qashqai 13-17
Bought new 2016.05 in Poland.
2016.09 - 4 months old car, 1500km - clutch dead for the 1st time. Clutch slipping, worn out completely. They said my mom can't drive manual (yea, after 40 years of driving manual transition cars). But Nissan agreed to split cost or clutch replacement 50/50.
2017.05 - 1 year old car, 5500km. Clutch dead again (2nd time). We had to replace flyweel as well. According to Nissan - the car is OK, my mom can't use clutch properly.
2018.10 - 2 year 5 month old car, 21000km. Clutch worn out 3rd time. Mom paid for replacement.
2020.08 - 4 years 3 months old car, 33000km. Clutch slipping again. 4th time. My mom paid for clutch replacement.
Has anyone ever heard about such a case?
How is it possible that the clutch gets worn out 4 times in 33000km?? She lives in a flat area, doesn't speed, drives carefully.
Nissan said "mom keeps foot on the clutch pedal" (which could cause clutch to slip and wear) - not true. Clutch problems never happened to her before. She had Nissan Primera before (manual) which she used for over 5 years and did maybe 100k km. And few other cars before. No clutch problems.
We don't know what to do with this car. Nissan dealer was ready to buy it back, but for +-40% of the original price. So we'd have to give little too much to have another new car. And it wouldn't be Nissan I'm afraid.
Any advice?
