Nissan Qashqai J11 rattling noise when accelerating

Hello everyone,

I'm new here and looking for some advice. I notice a rattling noise when on low RPM. The noise only appears when accelerating on low RPM. In the video I stepped of the gas when it happened and hence you will hear the turbo whin off after the rattling noise. Any ideas?

Video is too short to tell. What engine is it ? Wheres the noise coming from ?
