Hello, I bought the menționez above Mercedes thermostat.
I have to make some adjustments to hoses and connectors. It has 3 connections and 3 hoses.
The Nissan Qashqai has 2 connections and 2 hoses.
Keep in touch
Later edit: I have to buy the original hoses with plug from Mercedes .
I just want to say that fitting the Merc part seems like a far more resilient solution to this conundrum than home made relays (not to bellitle all the users that came up with that - cause it's very smart).
Regarding that, Ersin can you document the process of fitting Merc thermostat to your vehicle? So we may have some reference point for DIY (or to show it to our local garages). Thank you.
In this moment I buy all necessary parts: hoses, reductions, connectors.
After that I Will make pictures of parts and I Will try to explain all The process.
I ordered 2 reductions ,from Mercedes hoses to Nissan hoses. They are hand made crafted, from iron.
I found on AliExpress from stainless steel but the material is poor quality , not very resistant. Not recomanded.

I didn’t quite understand, the ones you ordered aren’t good? Did you order others?
I canceled the order from China and I found a guy who crafted them manually, in my town.
The China products seems to be poor quality, I talked to a mechanic

Ah, ok. Sorry, but I don’t speak English very well.
Anyway, you said they are made of iron, right? Do you think it’s a suitable material? Isn’t it prone to oxidation? Wouldn’t it be better in stainless steel or silicone?
We’ll keep following your progress!
Hello
I have to change the existing connectors with other one, they are diferit. Do You know If there is a polarity in wirring or it doesn't matter, because it a sensor ? The inside sensors of the thermostat is resitive.
I want an advice.
