I think I got same issue with my QQ 2015 1.6 DCi, just get it for few days.
The noise sound like plastic vibrating, but not sure where it's from, seems behind the dashboard.
It happen at 1k4 - 2k rpm when accelerating, then stop. But, cannot hear that when parking or in Neutral, tried when car in P or N gear position.
Did anyone know how to fix it?
