A year ago we had the engine reconditioned in my 2007 qashqai 1.5dci acenta after an oil pump failed.
The turbo was then changed, it's had a couple of oil changes, filter, air filter, fuel filter.
But have had black smoke from the exhaust, usually mainly on start up, sometimes worse than other, but has now worsened to smoking on acceleration most of the time.
We tested the maf today which didn't appear to be working, so we have replaced that. Cleaned out the egr. But it's still smoking.
The only other thought (other than injectors) is lambda sensor...but I cannot find one to buy that's compatible with this model...help.
