The German Consumer Group VZBV is now suing VW for the Emission Scandals, but all claims have to be in by the end of Dec 18 - Dave

So it is going to happen over 300,000 VW Owners are going to sue VW for damages, it will be interesting how it progresses.

Also the City of Stuttgart has implemented a Ban on All Diesel Vehicles from Jan 1st 2019 up to Euro 4. A plan is in progress for next year 2020 for Euro 5 Vehicles, not a happy situation for Diesel Owners to deal with. Scrap Yards are beginning to complain that perfectly good vehicles are being taken in Part Exchange by Manufacturers and then Scrapped quickly. The option of a Hard Ware change is still in discussion - Dave
