Cars been running great Did about 200 miles Monday.Come out Tuesday morning started up sounded rough as fair bit of white smoke then cleared car was grand.Yesterday I had to go out again started fine ran great covered another 200 miles.Went out this morning car started great and ran ok,went to work car was great.Finished work jumped in the car turned the key wasn't firing just turning over popped bonnet to check belts ect tried again started but sounded rough bit of white smoke few revs and cleared.
I got home turned it of started it was a bit lazy but fired up,anyone else come across this problem?
Is it worth just buying one of them £10 fault code readers from eBay to see if it brings up any fault codes

Went out this morning only way it started was by flooring the accelerator ran a few seconds rough put a bit of white smoke out but ran fine.

I got a code reader from eBay plugged it in came up with2 codes yet both codes are the same p0381 glow plug/heater indicator circuit
