Noticed my 1.5dci seems to have an oil level slightly higher than it should be.
Is there a gadget you can get to suck some out of oil dipstick hole?
Otherwise it'll have to wait till it's May Major Service.
Can excess oil be removed via dip stick hole?

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but it may be fuel getting into your oil, you need to change the oil ASAP if this is the case. Without an oil change you will be damaging your engine.

As dewar says its contaminated oil if oil level was correct at time of last refill ....used to get lots of petrol cars with high level if used around the doors then taken on a long run it burns it off making people think the cars using oil ......all cars use oil it gets topped up with combustion fluids.....david
