Hi there , my engine shaft went through the engine block . So it requires a new engine.
I got a reconditioned one which is looks different from the one currently in my vehicle. According to the company that does reconditioned engines say it will fit ,but my mechanic s don't seem to think so . When I showed the company that sent up the engine the pictures of the difference in the engines they say the engine currently in my vehicle is the wrong one . They think the one in mine is a 2008 engine . My car is 2011 ?? Is it possible for Nissan to install 2008 engines into 2011 cars during manufacture if they had spare ones that so happened to be laying in a factory workshop?
