Looks like the Upgrades are at last coming. Nissan / Renault have Upgraded the 1,5L DCi Engine, now with 115PS and SCR / AdBue Technology and naturally now meets the Euro 6d Temp Emission Spec. available in Sept 18. This was as previously mentioned and the new 1,75Dci is still to be introduced.
And quess what it is stated - ProPILOT is available - Dave :D

Off Topic - sorry missed that.

Not in the UK - at least not of last week when I tried to spec it onto a car using Niussan's configurator.

What an inaccurate press release!

"Upgraded Nissan Qashqai diesel delivers more power, more performance, lower emissions"

Emissions have gone UP !!!!! It was 99g/km and it's now quoted as 100g/km for smaller wheeled versions and 110g/km for larger wheel versions.

That's a surprising difference - 10g/km, considering that the 1.2 petrol emissions were 129/133g/km in a similar situation.

And as I've reported elsewhere:

Whilst power for the 1.5 diesel is up 5bhp, acceleration to 62 is also up 0.4 seconds, top speed down 1mph and consumption altered.

Wonder when the 1.6dci will be avaliable in euro 6 , from all the advertising way back in 2011 they were advertising it as euro 6 ready using additional components

Looks like they are less bothered by CO2 emissions and more about NOx

It's been Euro 6b for a long time - certainly since the 2015/11 brochure's time.

Bgmick, it is most likely a little early to start thinking about diesel conversion parts for Nissan Diesels. Please take a read of the attached post :

viewtopic.php?f=32&t=6319&hilit=Beaumon ... ech#p54837

There are several manufacturers in the game now of doing what is called “Hardware Conversion Kits” for the older Diesel engines as against “Software” Changes. Several companies offered tenders for the London Diesel Bus conversions such as : Baumont Twintech, Emminox, Amminex, HJS etc. I have spoken to Twintech in Germany and they are planning to include Nissan Diesels once the clearance is given in Germany, they do also have a UK Branch also - I hope this is of help Dave :D

Easy to find source apart from regular garages - https://www.halfords.com/motoring/engin ... adblue-10l = £11.50.
