Torque settings

Hi all.
I intend to replace the cambelt on my 1.5Dci 2013 360 and wanted to know if there is anywhere on the forum that give the torque settings for,crankshaft pulley etc. and does the blanking plug in the crankshaft sprocket locking hole in the block have a male head,and requires a female tork socket to remove it.
Sorry if this has already been asked somewhere on the forum already.
