Evening all, got my missus a 1.5 DCI Qashqai. It’s got a rather odd power delivery issue. I put my foot down in say 2nd, the car will accelerate all the way to redline, but with no boost. The only way I can get boost is to let off the accelerator and plant it back down.. then the boost comes in fine. I’ve replaced the boost solenoid, and the cam driven air pump, but it’s made no difference. The car drives absolutely bang on apart from this.

Feels like a boost issue?
