When changing from 1st to 2nd gearbox very clunky all other gear changes are smooth!! Only 3000 on clock. Is this a major problem or something easily adjusted!!

Best let the dealer investigate and tell you.

Yes, but it's only got 125 miles on the clock.

Can anything be adjusted like linkage or something or is this more serious,

If in warranty, get it checked out. Better safe than sorry.
