Hi there!

I have a Tekna 2015 model in diesel with turbo and an automatic transmission.

This car has had issue after issue, it's really starting to get to me. I hadn't driven it all weekend and then went to get my other half from the airport today and noticed there was a blot of liquid, looked like someone had splashed something on the front of my car but just assumed that was it and thought nothing of it. On the drive to the airport the car had some weird acceleration it felt like it was sticking or lacking in power for lack of better words when shifting gears.

We got home, parked up and thought maybe it was just having a weird day (wishful thinking I know). And then we went to the shop to get something for dinner and discovered it was doing it again maybe even worse. We inspected the car and noticed there appeared to be oil on... I'm not sure if it's radiator or intercooler, honestly I don't know the car layout well enough to know and hoping someone can help here.

Is this normal? Is this potentially the cause of what feels like loss of power on acceleration?

I tried turning stop/start off and it made no difference. Turned off AC/Heating no difference really.

And when turning off the car it made these noises, a clicking and a high pitched whirr (I've included a video)

If anyone can point me in the direction of what is going on before I take this to the garage tomorrow so I don't go in blind, I'd really appreciate it.
