Sadly this is my first and last Nissan purchase. I've lost count in 3 years how many times this annoying light comes on goes off sometime red sometime Amber. We only use premium V power Diesel from national Petroleum company. The Nissan dealer is hapless blaming our fuel x car is faultless! Its a common flaw. A made in UK piece of junk. Why in a car costing £24,000 they cannot produce a flawless engine management system. Hopefully Nissan will leave UK and these cars where they belong in a skip.
Least we traded car in on rare occasion no light on!! Nissan x their Dealerships avoid whatever the true cause of this common failure.

Probably another car whose engine management light comes on One of the most common complaints on new cars is warning lights. I remember back in the late 80's having an Escort Mk3 with, what was then, new warning system, always bloody flashing
Past cars Mercedes B Class, S Class, E Class Estate, E Class Coupe, G Wagen, 260E interspersed with Peugeot 406 and Audi Coupe.

I guess he could have chosen Toyota Yaris, Suzuki six-4 or Nisan Leaf or Toyota RAV-4 or Volvo V60, all of which had virtually no reports of faults in 2018.
To be fair to the UK Quashqui makers, my Japanese built X-trail Tekna had its first yellow light - luckily it was a sensor fault that was fixed under warranty.
