System Fault ( 3 systems)

Apologies if this been asked before , have a 2019 N-Connecta and after approx 500 yards of driving I have a " System Fault" displayed , vehicle then cycles through 3 faults and displays relevant icon (Lane Departure Warning - Intelligent Emergency Braking and Traffic Sign Recognition), have cleaned the bumper sensors and the camera unit above rear view mirror, no joy.
Any suggestions

It could alternatively be the battery.

You'll have to check with your dealer

When I last had 3 faults, all at the same time ( Stop / Start failure, AdBlue failure and EML light ) all 3 were battery related.

Did you ever get the route of this issue? I have exactly the same problem and can find lots of people who have had the same issue, but no responses at to what resolved it

There are approx 20 errors (DTCs) related to two of the faults reported. Forward Emergency Braking is difficult to diagnose since it uses a radar detector rather than front camera (as with LDW and TSR). However, they all could be related? Needs the DTCs to be examined.....

FAIL-SAFE CONTROL BY DTC
LDW (Lane Departure Warning)
If a malfunction occurs in front camera unit, front camera unit cancels control, and turns ON the LDW malfunction in information display.
TSR (Traffic Sign Recognition)
If a malfunction occurs in front camera unit, front camera unit cancels control, and turns ON the TSR malfunction in information display.

In summary, a broken wire near the rear offside wheel.
