Steering vague under heavy breaking

2010 Qashqai DCI 1.5 As title says under heavy breaking the steering feels very vague. The car pulls straight under heavy breaking but steering goes vague. If I let go of steering wheel under heavy breaking the steering wheel turns to the right about 45degrees. I have very slight play in both inner track rods and wishbone bushes look slightly jaded. Don't want to start replacing everything and prefer to diagnose problem properly. Anyone any idea's? No play in both outer track rods and lower ball joints fine.

Subframe bushes would be one I'd be thinking about
