Oil leak

Hi all. I'm new to the forum and clueless about engines. I recently bought a 2013 N-Tec + DCI. It had the cam belt and water pump replaced before I bought it and it came with FSH. I realise that the cam belt should have been replaced on about 60.000 miles ? It had a major service today and the mechanic said that the turbo was caked in oil & that it needs investigating. The independent dealer I purchased it from ( small time. He operates from his home) gave me 3 months warranty on it. What that includes I have no idea. I thought I'd ask you knowledgeable people on here what could be wrong with it , before I contact the dealer. Thanks for reading. Tony.
