I'm trying to source the first 3 years Nissan service history and rang two Nissan dealers only to be told they don't hold the details centrally and that I have to get it from the dealer where it was serviced from, which I don't know.
Is there any other way to trace the service history or another Nissan department that can handle this query?

I had assumed that service records were held centrally too.
If the previous owner’s address is on your V5 (do they still have that ??) perhaps a polite letter to them asking where the car was serviced ?
Or better yet, do they still have the service records

I read that he did as he knew it had a main dealer history or did I read it wrong lol
Past cars Mercedes B Class, S Class, E Class Estate, E Class Coupe, G Wagen, 260E interspersed with Peugeot 406 and Audi Coupe.

On my MAZDA, they have no service book unfortunately; all is done through the MAZDA App.

Thanks for all your replies. I was told the first 3 years were serviced at NIssan but the seller was not able to supply any further info.
In the end, after an engineers inspection , the car wasn't as good as first described. So decided to walk away and now I'm on the lookout for a a used QQ.
Will post a separate thread on that. It hasn't been an altogether wasted effort as the test drive and the time getting to know the car has been invaluable. We like the car, so onwards and upwards.
