Heated seats self activate

Recent purchase Tekna + Reg 68, heated front seats come on by themselves occasionally after driving for 15 to 20 minutes or so even though switched off and with the 15A fuse removed. They stay on for a while and then cool down. Possibly tied in with use of the air con but not too sure about that. Any ideas or anyone with a similar problem. It would help if I knew which plug under the seat fed the heater elements but I cannot find any information on plug layout.

If the seats are heating without the fuse in place, it sounds like a job for a reputable, experienced, auto electrician.
Presumably your warranty has expired ?

are you sure the correct fuse has been removed then if they working still. they should only work when you press the button for low or high. so sounds like your have a major fault somewhere
