Electronics works but engine not starting

Park the car last night try to start the car in the morning at electronic are working but car is not starting . Battery is fine .AA called he checked everything its not started motor issue .was told some issue with the immobilizer .any onr had same issue and fixed the problem .car is nissan washqai ntec + 2013

Its only shows this and not powering up

you tried new batt in your key fob ??
also i would be tempted to get somebody to jump start the car, even though the aa said batt was ok, if it`s never been replaced it will be 10yrs old now so won`t last for much longer

Update .as the car was bought from a dealer ship called him and he towed the car.called him next day he said it is immobilizer issue will be fixed in 2-3 days .called today for update was told there is some sign of water in the some fuse may be some one washed the car .i told him yes i did washed the car . I happened because i washed the car and water messed with some fuse
Curious to knoe can it happen because of washing a car

You should be able to wash the exterior of your car without fear of causing any electrical issues!
Did you jet wash the engine,wash around engine bay?
