It will flash and beep if your getting too close to car in front. And apply brakes. All icons are in the owner manual. Take your time to read through it.

Thanks. I’ve seen it flash and bleep before but now it’s remained on dashboard and hasn’t disappeared

Maybe the camera is dirty try cleaning all the front

It's in the settings to add or remove
