Hi guys,
New to the forum and a new Qashqai owner - bought a pretty sorely looked after beauty for dirt cheap with a solid 138000 miles on her. Its a 2014 (63 plate) 1.6Dci diesel mated with the manual gearbox.
Already running into niggles some of which are stop start and cruise control only working intermittently. From what i can tell after browsing the forum there seems to be a general consensus of the battery in these Vehicles being shockingly bad and from looking at the unit it seems to be some non-branded generic unit that was replaced about some 90k miles ago. What would people recommend the best battery replacement to be for these?
