Just had the QQ in the garage for 14 niggles including brake squeal in reverse, over sensitive emergency brakes, tractor engine noise, potentially missing light cluster seals, alarm going off when locked from boot, traffic sign recognition not coping with French road signs and braking the car on motorways, infotainment screen buzzing rattle, sticky auto hold, clunky brake and accelerator pedals, EBS picking up objects on curves, dash dimming is either full on or off, and others. Only the brake shim squeal was sorted and alarm being investigated with Nissan. Everything else is within tolerance. No sodware, sorry software updates but then there haven’t been any(car new in May). So mildly disappointed. I wonder when the new maps will be out? I have noticed a few inaccuracies with recent new road layouts. Still love the car though despite the high revs of the engine generating when stationary (embarrassing). Concerned about the resale value too but then that’s true of many cars in this crazy mixed up market place.

Having 14 issues to start with is a bit worrying though 😱

They were all pretty minor .. I was going to leave them until the first service but then the squealing started on the brake shims which is a known fault apparently so I took it in early. Still a bit shocked that nothing could be done about any of the lesser irritations!

The only fault I’ve ever had was a squeaky dashboard on my current Qashqai and that was fixed in 2 minutes. I’m hoping that the new epower QQ will be free from faults

Mine has the same problem, every so often squeaky dashboard ( somewhere around HUD or so ). Can you tell us how to fix that?
