Just bought a 2019 Tekna and i'm having some trouble with the DAB and Android Auto freezing on the head unit which i believe to be a connect 4 (no SD card). Looking on the Forum, mine seems to be running quite an old software version (0804) so figured an update is the way to go.
When first trying to update via wifi, a manual update confirmed version 0816 ( i think) was available so i hit proceed and it went to the downloading screen but no matter how long i leave it the progress bar doesn't populate!
I've seen mentions of this on the various firmware update threads on the forum but haven't seen anyone find/post a fix.
Things i've already tried:
1. Performing a factory reset from the head unit settings menu.
2. Performing a factory reset from the "Secret" menu.
3. Multiple different wifi networks and various hotspots from different phones.
Neither of these seem to "Clear" the pending download, now anytime i try to even check for an update it takes me straight back to the downloading screen.
Anyone shed any light on this?
