What best oil Qashqai+2 2009 Petrol 1.6L

Hi guys,

I just bought a Qashqai+2 2009 Petrol 1.6L. I would like to change the oil and put best oil.

I heard that synthetic oil is not relevant for 10+ old car. what do you think?

On a owner manual i found online i can read:
HR16DE & MR20DE engine:
Genuine NISSAN engine oil *1
API SL or SM *1
ILSAC grade GF-3 or GF-4 *1
ACEA A1/B1, A3/B3, A3/B4, A5/B5, C2 or C3 *1

I thought 5w30 was better, but I might be wrong. what do you think?

and the other one: REDEX 5W-30 FULLY SYNTHETIC OIL VW BMW VAUXHALL MB

one synthetic, not the other one

what do you think?

Redex 5w30 c3 is on offer at mo £12 for 2ltrs at tesco
Castrol will show edge first then if you scroll down the page you'll see magantec 5w30 c3
I would go for eaither its all down to how much you want to spend. Don't forget to grab all the other service items too oil filter. Pollen filter and air filter.
