Hi there,
Recently had alternator and battery replaced on QQ 1.6dci diesel 2015, however still getting battery light, with s/s failure, forward emergency braking and traction light.
Nissan diagnosed this code U0111 loss communication with battery control circut A.
Any idea what this is?
Thanks

Thats the problem, Andy. They were not sure. They said we can start by putting OEM alternator, if not then ECU and then IPDM and quoted me 2K for this.
My argument is, say if the ECU is bad, why come there is no other problem with the car. It runs fine, gives good mileage, no rough idle, misfire or anything, so is it worth spending 2K on a 2015 car.
Quick update for those who might find this useful.
The alternator has been replaced with Nissan Alternator, and all dashboard lights have disappeared. The previous alternator was charging the battery, but for some reason not communicating with the ECM, hence the car was throwing all the faults mentioned in the topic. Everything is back to normal now and hope it stays that way.
