Qashqai j12 right rear sound problem.

My vehicle has 7500 km 2023 Qashqai j12 . I can't find the reason for this sound for 2 months. Couldn't find the solution in the service either. What could be the reason for the sound?

I sat in the back seat and listened carefully to the sound. The sound is heard from the area I circled

Thank you for your answer. But the sound in the link you sent is a grinding sound and I have seen and heard it in other places before. The sound I share is the clicking sound. It's not about hood rubbing. I checked and the wheels are not rubbing against the hood. There is no service near me and the sound bothers me greatly. The sound may be caused by the suspension, but will the shock absorber make noise in a vehicle that is only 4 months old? Would it help if I sprayed würth silicone spray on the shock absorber head

The service is far where I am, so I tried some things myself.
1- There is a sound when you put it in the back seat
2- The entire seating area of the rear seat has nothing making noise.
3- I sprayed the plastic parts on the side where the sound is coming from with silicone, but the sound did not stop.
4. While someone else was driving the vehicle, I reclined the back seat and listened to the sound. The sound was coming from the place I marked in the photo above. I removed the plastic part there and looked at its place, there is no problem making noise again.
5- I removed the right rear hood to see if it had a part and there was no swinging part.
6- I saw information in the forums that a shock absorber could be used, but the noise started after 3-4 thousand km. Can it make sound this fast?
I'm now thinking of spraying silicone spray on the head of the shock absorber. The sound bothers me a lot.
