Strange noise from drivers side

So I recently purchased a 2011 Nissan QashQai and I’ve noticed a strange like humming/whistle noise from my side (driver) The noise is there even while idle but the strange thing is the noise comes and goes it’s really annoying as I haven’t got a clue what it is
