I think my cylinder lever must of fallen off also but seems to be an impossible part to find....

Managed to get it to work, got the rod picker and managed to get the clip, it works for now. Not the easiest of jobs as mo space to get to it

UPDATE...so got the new lever on but it will not operate fully as if the rod is too short??
