Probblem with gas pedal

Hello.
The problem concerns the qashqai 2.0 petrol 2012 year, 4x4, manual.

The situation is not very common, it happens once every 2.3 weeks, the car is driven every day.

It looks like:
I drive a short distance of about 10 km and everything is fine. I reach the place, it stops, I need to reverse I throw it in reverse, I want to add gas and the pedal does not respond, and the brake assist disappears. The brake pedal behaves as if the engine was off and the engine was still running.
I can shift to neutral, other gears, press the gas pedal and nothing. I put the car off, start it up and everything is ok again. It does not display any errors on the meter or records anything in the memory.
Anyone have ideas?

A reliable OBD scan and likely by Nissan should reveal error code(s) ..DTCs. That would help a lot.

Brake Assist I assume to be loss of vacuum at the master servo.
Throttle function... relates to a number of things (sensor) but ECU figures large.

May sound daft, but have you got carpet stuck under the pedals when this happens? Had a similar issue on my old car, only happened the once, but it was a bit unnerving.
