Very nice write up, I am thinking about doing this since I really like the look of the new lights. The only thing I was not sure about was the wiring since it does not mention which wires have to be adapted for the inner lights. I will take a look and compare to the picture when I get them.

Very nice look to J11 with new taillights.
It's possible to change the wheel inside, also from J11B to J11? Look more sporty and nice, than actual old look wheel.

I was thinking of doing this myself, so you had to cut the plug from the car on the inner lights as that was different ?
Where did you get the replacement plugs ?
On the plug you have to remove is the wiring for the light still the same ?
Looks nice those lights look so far better than the old ones

Hi,
Old post that i reply on. I just did the swap and was looking for the actual connector swap an so on.
This thread has a dead link for that info, so thought i would share this info directly here to keep the history intact.
The change is the driverside foglamp now led. Is incorporated into the running led light connector.
Old connector is 2-pole. The connector on the new is the same style but 4-pole. This 4-pole is the same as the outer running lights 4-pole.
So i got mine from the scrapyard. I took it from a 2015 (same as mine) from the drinker side (right)
So the cables that are comming from the car will be yellow and black for both the running light and fog light. So you need to keep track of which is which. In the actual tail light (driver side inner)
You can see a red, yellow and black. For me it was like this yellow was the foglight, the red was the running light and black is common. So i measured the two black that came from the car, and they where both common. So i connected those two with the tail lights black. And then both yellow needs to be connected to its function counterpart (red/yellow) in the actual tail light, thats it
Right, all other lights are just a swap, no changes.
