Would so rock the Chestnut bronze or vivid blue colours.

- Qashqai Model: Mk.3 Qashqai - J12 (2021+) New Model
Hi - new to this forum and am looking to buy my first Qashqai! I rang my local dealer (as Nissan keeps telling everybody to do) and they said that there will be new facelift models arriving next week. The sales guy then asked if I wanted to buy one, but I said I'd like to see it first - he seemed surprised ....

I just checked canadian Nissan site and it seems that Qashqai is being offered there with Diesel 2.0 engine, Xtronic CVT and All-wheel Drive (4x4).
Nissan, are You joking us?
Are You joking AEU?
Why not also here?!

Mikey, you are correct but I believe you will find these QQ's are produced in Japan although European Designed. The versions are S / SV / SL with the 2,0L MR20DD (141hp) petrol engine. There appears also to be some improvements like the new Steering Wheel design.
The Rogue Sport (US QQ J11A) was launched to replace the smaller version of the US Nissan Rogue S / SV / SL and this also has the 2,0L engine etc...
In Australia they also have the QQ ST / Ti / TS / TL with a 2,0L engine.
I totally agree with your comments that the European Countries miss out on a lot of design features, it appears something we just have to accept Nissan Policies - Dave

Dave, I think it is the old old story in North America there is that US Accessory called "Fully Loaded" which in short means nearly everything is thrown in for a price way way lower than the EU Prices. The North American QQ's come from Japan with Japanese Engines but the Chassis / Suspension is to EU Specs - Dave

We also(Australia) do not get an AWD version. It seems Nissan(AUS) decided there was not a big take up rate on the previous model.(Ours are sourced out of the UK.Cheers:):)
Living the dream!
Nissan will build a spec for the country they are being deployed in. They will take a bit of a gamble with engines but overall if a 4x4 version wont sell that well there is no point in putting the infrastructure in place to build/sell them.
With their face lift versions they also tend to drop some engines. IE The Micra they generally drop the larger engines silly because most people want smaller engines. Given dealers comments regarding the 1.6DIG-T engine model and how they have not sold that well, I'm surprised to see it in the line up still!
IF you REALLY want a 4x4 version, they clearly build them so its not impossible to get your hands on one if you are determined enough!
