After buying a 2014 1.2 Qashqai back in April, I'm finally free from what has, by far, been the most problematic and disappointing car I have owned in my 15 years of driving.

A large portion of the disappointment has come from Nissan customer 'care'. I work in the motor trade and understand that new models of cars have their teething problems and I fully accept that, but the way Nissan have handled it, at least in my case has been a disgrace.

I would however like to thank you guys on the forum for your helpful advise and assistance during my short time owning the car.

I have read several forum posts of people having similar problems that I experienced, not only with their cars but with Nissan Customer Care also. I do really hope those that have stuck with their Qashqai's have had some satisfaction.

Thanks again to all that have offered their help and advise, It's been very much appreciated.

Cheers

Great car but terrible customer service. The 3 year servicing i paid for at purchase was never registered.Had to contact legal people to sort it.My wife purchased new Pulsar a year ago from Telford Nissan.Took it for it's first service at Stafford and nothing registered.Stafford sorted it but customer service sadly lacking.
