Hi.
I’m new to this forum and looking for some clarification from you lovely people.
2 weeks ago I purchased 64 plate QQ Acenta Premium 1.2 dig-t. I fell in love with the look of the car, how spacious and safe it makes me feel when on the road and how smooth and quiet it is.(I moved on from Golf 1.4 petrol). However I wasn’t fully happy with it due to the noise coming from steering wheel (dealership tried to fix it by replacing drop link which I’m not sure what had anything to do with the issue and then told me that the noise is just to tell me that when turning on full lock it can’t turn any further and as you can imagine wasn’t satisfactory at all and noise appeared more and more frequently). Another issue was how low the fuel consumption is at 24-29 mpg which was too expensive to run even tho I only do 20 miles a day. Now I’m offered to swap cars and one I found is a 15 plate 1.5 dCi Acenta +. Which brings me to my question : can someone thell me the difference between Acenta Premium and Acenta + ? I have read dealer spec on their website I can’t see any so what am I missing?
Thanks fo reading my post
Ewa

The noise in the steering column is a bush that needs replacing. I had mine done uner warranty after reading about it on here

That fuel consumption is somewhat low - I was averaging around 33-34mpg - still not good.

I've had a look through my PDF library of Qashqais and can't find any reference to Acenta +. The Acenta and Acenta Premium grades run right through the 15 plate period.

Hi all.
Thank you so much for your replies.
After reading through treads here I now know that the noise can be fixed. However I bough a car from the motor group I work for and they know they won’t get rid of me if any further problems accur after they initially fix it so they decided that I can pick any car I like in my price range. And I love to drive my qashqai 1.2 but fuel economy is just terrible and I cant afford to pay £50 in petrol a week for 15 mile drive a day and some longer runs at the weekend hence the reason of going for a 1.5dci and acenta plus seems like the same spec as the 1.2digt acenta premium I still have(well will be test driving 1.5 on Monday).
Fortunately I don’t have to worry about huge maintenance costs ie cam belt etc as I have good discounts through my works workshop dept.
Thank you DaveBerlin for the brochure, yeah it seems as both acentas are the same so happy with that.
