The responsible ones are already paying via there club and Association fees. So why should they pay twice for the same thing?

I expect you did but in return you got a marked out pitch to play on. Someone paid for providing you with that asset. As far as I can see the proposed government charges do not relate to any conceivable advantage to those being asked to pay.

Would've thought breed-specific dog licences were a more pressing need.

I don't think it's about dog shit, its more about dangerous dogs. I feel you just put your foot in it ;)

Also, all dogs have to have a chip, so there is a kind of licence in a roundabout way.

Ha ha the reference to shit was two fold. One to the mess and one to problem of dangerous dogs. As to licensing yes everyone is SUPPOSED to have their dogs chipped but as you well know those who couldn’t give a toss will not bother. The same as the drone problem.

As far as I can see, it is a radio controlled item and in my opinion should therefore need a radio license as I had to in either my old CB days or amateur radio days.
Past cars Mercedes B Class, S Class, E Class Estate, E Class Coupe, G Wagen, 260E interspersed with Peugeot 406 and Audi Coupe.

Not really as they are not broadcasting to the public. The public does not receive any information
