Thanks Gloucester, ill get it looked at but I don't think its that, I say this because having the AC on clears it as would be expected. If the pollen filter is sodden with water this would be the reason for the condensation.

Check to see if your pollen (cabin) filter is wet. It could be that water got into it somehow and now wet air is being blown into your car
