Have a look on Ali Express for the above one's that you have found on Amazon. You will probably find that they are a bit cheaper via good old Ali Express.

Lusky, All interested parties. Please take a look at the attached what I installed on the QQ J11A. It installed easily, looked good, but had to be removed for the TÜV (MOT) here as there was a Gitter welded inside, disassembly was a few minutes only - for Emission Test.
Now I thought ahead before we got the QQ J11B and ordered a similiar one which was Wrong ! It does not fit. I was about to get out this weekend and perhaps do a bit of panel beating but the rain ended that. It fits but the Oval Form is not “In Line” with the Road it’s tilted and looks terrible.
It looks like the only effective way is to lay under the QQ, take a few dimensions, knock up a cardboard pattern and then make a visit to an Accessory Shop or Exhaust Shop or just hope it fits. Most state they will fit the QQ but are generally “Universal” - Dave

From what i see the two I've picked are purely cosmetic nothing inside so should be ok but I will ask the question. So plain chrome or blue tinted?

Lusky, these are purely for a pleasing effect cosmetic not an Exhaust just a bolt on Chrome Tip. But again the bolt on is normally by 3 screws and nuts but you have to miss parts of the underbody so there is a possibility of the pipe clashing with Body Parts. A straight tube would be the easiest and quickest mod. Just lay under the QQ and assess the problem.
From what I can remember the tailpipe bends down it is not straight.
I do not think they will fit and look correct and I do not think it is allowed to have a Tail Pipe sticking out past the Body Line be careful - Dave

So this week I decided to approach the installation of this Exhaust Chrome Tip on the QQ J11B Std Nissan Exhaust Pipe. The approach was firstly to lay under the QQ and visualize what was needed. Basically I had to remove Steel (Hacksaw / Cutters) and Form / Bend a Lug for Screwing. The existing Exhaust was from the floor 28cm high and the Final with the Chrome Tip 24cm. I reworked the Tip so that it would push far enough back that when the Exhaust System Flexed the Tip would not clash or bang with the Bodywork. It took time and patience but does not look bad. The End has a Gitter Cover and there is a large Exhaust Gas hole underneath and can be used for access for Tubes when the MOT / TÜV Boys check the CO2 reading - Job Done - Dave
These pics show the distance from floor to base of pipe 28cm : These show the modified Tip (Cut & Bent) : The Tip installed and secured with the 3 Threaded Screws & Nuts (Greased) : Base of Tip 24cm from floor can flex up and down without clashing with the Bodywork :: Rear View :
